  • Arrange estimate time of arrival
    The driver will communicate with end user to arrange his approximate estimated time of arrival.
  • Mobile update of time of arrival
    The driver will communicate again with the client to give a more accurate arrival time once mobile (arrival time from satellite navigation)
  • Explain basic controls
  • Familiarisation Test Drive
  • Ask client to sign dealer documentation
    When at the hand over address the driver will and ask the client to sign any relative documents, supplied by the dealer, and answer any questions about the car in brief.
  • Photograph signed documentation
    The signed documents will be photographed by the drivers smart phone.
  • Clarify vehicles condition with client
    Walk the client around the vehicle and clarify the vehicles condition and then sign the drivers handset to confirm all is well.
  • Electronically sent vehicle report
    The vehicle condition report, containing pickup and drop off mileages, time, date, collection and drop off signatures, with both printed and signed versions, photos of start and finish dashboards to confirm mileage and fuel levels, photos of any fuel receipts if required and photos of any documents that have been signed will all be sent electronically normally within an hour of the vehicle handover taking place.
